How's this for customer service? Part 3

I went back to the seamstress earlier, hoping to pick up my costume and be all sorted for the Expo (everything else is ready for me, tickets booked hotel booked, travel arrangements pretty much in the bag etc) however the costume was returned unaltered.
But that's not all...
The lady who served me explained that the seamstress didn't know where to take it in (this is because it hadn't been explained well enough, sort of my fault a little bit) so I pointed out what needed to be done where (it's simple enough, take it in at the waist, I'm a 30-31 inch waist, not a 34!) I'm happy to say that this is all sorted out with a smile (I'm so glad I've got this sorted so far in hand) I'll get the costume back next Tuesday, altered, and I'll be all set for the Expo. Yay!!!
In other news my other half knows about my choice of costume now. UPon hearing the news she responded with "Ohhh, I can't look at any of the pictures now, you'll look like a twat!"
