...so I thought I'd do a catch up blog.
Alcon (September) was excellent, it was good to experience the smaller con as opposed to the MCM Expo with it's thousands of people. Got to wear my Sakura costume again and my Lenalee (1st uniform) costume for the first time and that was brilliant. Had my Neji Hyuuga cosplay to provide a bit of balance to the crossplaying, got to freak out people with my white contact lenses which was hilarious!
MCM Expo (again, October) was fun but no crossplaying what with the fiance around. So I cosplayed Neji Hyuuga all weekend and still had plenty of fun.
Collectormania (November) Got to try out my new Lenalee (3rd uniform) costume, which was realy good even though it was very cold. Got my photo taken by the peeps at Cosplay Fever and I got some tips on posing which were very useful. The only downside was that my shoes were very painful by the end of the day :(
Recently had a proper talk with my fiance about the whole crossdressing/crossplay thing. She doesn't want to be around me when I do it because I'm not attractive to her when I'm crossdressing, and that's fair enough. But the air has been cleared which is good.
So to the future plans, Kitacon in April. I'll be wearing the Lenalee 3rd costume again, Shana (from Shakugan no Shana) which I'm working on at the moment and one other that I haven't decided on yet. We'll see!
