Despite your seeking feedback from natural girls only, I want to reply with my two cents. I've been there, asked that question, and had others ask the same thing. And the answer is that there is no answer. Each girl is different, they have their own opinions and feelings about a guy who crossplays. You will have varying results, I'll put the common ones below.

Likes it, will date you
Likes it, probably won't date you
Okay with it, will date you
Okay with it, probably won't date you
Dislikes it, won't date you.
Dislikes it, may date you if you stop (but why would you change for someone else?)

So that's your answer, there is no answer. It's on a case by case (or girl by girl) basis. Unfortunately you really can't quantify girls as one answer, so here's hoping you get lucky and find someone you really like, and who really likes you, crossplayer and all. I came to not expect any ladies hitting on me in costume, or expect any positive results from trying to hit on girls while dressed as one. Though I did get lucky at one convention in Texas and found a nice girl to spend the con with, but since I don't live near Texas it was destined to fail. So good luck and keep up your hopes, also never give up and keep looking.
