If you're around the south, check this out. It's gonna be in Lake Charles, Louisiana. This will be the second year of CyPhaCon, an Anime / Gaming / Sci-Fi convention. I heard last year was pretty good, and they have all kinda of new stuff this year. They are bringing back the Mecha simulators, Having steampunk events (like a ball! I can't wait, I've got plans to cross in a victorian dress with some epic heels!) and other fun stuff.
It's April 13th - 15th, 2012. They have a website (above) and a facebook if you're into that. There are location and hotel links on the website, and a photo gallery from last year.
They had a booth earlier at MechaCon in New Orleans this year as a promo, if you were there.
