All right so I'm wanting to crossplay Leona from League of Legends. But I'm not to sure what fabric to use for her cloths part. The armor shouldn't be a problem.

Any suggestions? As well, if it is a stiffer fabric then the "feather" parts would stay in shape easier, but if not a stiff fabric, what would I use to stiffen up the feather parts?

I would suggest to use a bodysuit/unitard as a base for this costume. It won't be hard to find.
For the feathers, I think fabric would not work because in my opinion you wouldn't find something suitable, so I would suggesst thin cardboard or stuff.

Yeah I had been tossing the idea around of the unitard. I'll definitely look into that. The thing with the feathers is they almost look like just decorative fabric. Not like stiff cardboard feathers. Because they do go all the way up the arms and legs. Is there a way to stiffen fabric? Like how shirt colors can be stiffened or something like that?

You could try to starch it, but I'm not sure how well this will work.... or use spray glue (don't know if it's the right term).
Or you could wrap fabric around foam rubber.

Hmm ok. I'll do some more digging and see what I come up with. I'm not sure if I want the feather bits to be stiff or not. The pictures isn't that specific lol

Looks like a basic cotton would do for the gold trimmed red parts. Stiffness can be achieved in different ways. One is different weaves of cotton with quilting cotton being thin and floppy to twill which would be like a stiff pair of unbroken in denim jeans. Another way is to use fuse-able interfacing. Its a fabric specifically made to add stiffness and weight to fabric and what is usually in the collars and cuffs of your dress shirts. It comes in various thicknesses so you can adjust how stiff your fabric will be. The problem is it usually only comes in white or black so if you want the back of your fabric to be red, you'll have to use red fabric to back it (its usual intended to be used this way, sandwiched between two layers of nicer outer fabric). I would suggest a medium weight for the thigh, forearms, and neck and a light to medium for the shoulder piece.
