Soooooo...I'm looking to m2f crossplay for an upcoming Con.  Trying to get ideas on costumes.  Can be from Video Games or Anime.  Something that's not super revealing.  I'm not super manly or anything, but after all I am still a man.  Not worried if legs show as they can be shaved.  Just throw out ideas and I'll look the character up.  I have a few ideas in mind already, but more are appreciated!

I was thinking about doing Miranda, but my lack of a female body might show through in that outfit.  Are you talking with or without N7 armor?

Body Appearance wont matter much that way, you will only need to concentrate on Facial appearance and the Costume & Props.

My apologies...got tied up with things and forgot to get back on here.

1. I'm 5-8 150...not fat or anything.  pretty slim actually. I have nice legs and a nice butt i think.  Ive gone out in drag a few times and ive looked pretty good i think.  Brown hair and Greenish eyes...though a wig and contacts take care of that stuff.
2. I like just about everything from DBZ to Vandread and am a video game whore... I was also looking at Baroness from GI Joe...or Chun Li.

Then why not do the Baroness?  Both the Baroness and Miranda are good for hiding padding and shape wear since they pretty much cover from neck to toe.

Other than that, my interpretation of your responses is you want to show some leg and pretty form fitting elsewhere.  It sounds like you're a late 90's child.  Do you think you could pull off a sailor scout? There's pretty much one for every personality out there.  For the wide waist-ed and/or broad shouldered, the white can be unforgiving as well as the cut of the sleeves.  You'll have the same issue with Miranda but at least the flair of the sailor scout skirt can help.   Tatiana from Last Exile?  Gives you a couple of different outfits to choose from but she is kind of tom boy-ish.  Jam from Guilty Gear.  If you've been costuming for a while but not crossplay, does that mean you have some armor skills in there to show off?  Lambda-11 from BlazBlue, a Monster Hunter armor set or Jin Seo-Yeon from Blade and Soul might fill that gap.  If you want something more challenging and womanly, maybe Edea from FFVIII (Rinoah for a little easier and less womanly, or Quistis for the sexy secretary in all of us).

More like late 80's.  Late 90's and I'd be a kid still.  I'll check into your links and get back to you.  I bought some foam for making padding and whatnot the other day so I'm gonna have to youtube it up for some tutorials on that.
